New Apple Pie Body by Vi Shake

  • 1 small apple, sliced (you can peel, but I leave the peel on for added fiber)
  •  8 oz. skim milk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 scoops Vi Shape Mix

Blend and enjoy!

PB Apple and Banana Body by Vi Shake

  • 1/2 apple, sliced (you can peel, but I leave the peel on for added fiber)
  • 1/2 banana
  •  8 oz. skim milk
  • 1 tsp. peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 scoops Vi Shape Mix

Blend and enjoy!

Coconut Berry Body by Vi Shake

  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 1/4 cup pineapple
  • 4 oz. coconut water
  • 4 oz. Trop 50 orange juice (or another low calorie orange juice)
  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 scoops Vi Shape Mix

Blend and enjoy!

Three Berry Lime Shake

  • 1 cup quartered strawberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen limeade concentrate
  • 10 oz. skim milk
  • 2 cups of ice
  • 2 scoops Vi Shape Mix

Blend and enjoy!
